Very worthy choice for Pico day; WoN brings to Newgrounds original, insane-quality animation, storytelling and even a dash of music to the mix. Kudos to your art piece; I too see a nice appeal with the mixture of purple and yellows.

Well, this satsifies my sci-fi fix for the day. I like how the rock formations accent the buildings and how you didn't overkill on the lense flares of the ship.

Environmental paintings are definitely a strong point in your art skillset. You really seem to know how to make the most out of fewer brush strokes. I love the technique where, if you look very closely, it just looks like dissonant lines but if you are just looking at the picture plainly it is filled with implied detail. It is that strange phenomenon where your brain is filling in the missing pieces; I love it.

Though there's plenty to point out; most of it is surfacing/shadows... but for 2 days this is pretty damn good. I wish I could model at that detail that quickly.
