Hello. I also like looking at illuminated screens as well as pressing buttons. We have a lot in common!

Ya know... I was was too busy feeling miserable the Kickstarter didn't work out, and I thought, by some miracle, you found some new magic app that would cut the render time in half (or better).
For fuck's sake man, this /\ crap was still in re-runs when I was a kid! Sally Field.. *head shaking*
Then, I thought, "Oh, shit, he's losing his fudge, it's all falling apart!"
During the dial-up days, you could 'contribute' your computers CPU to some college or university (via internet), where they solve big math problems. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grid_computing, I think this is it. You have contributors... maybe there's an app for rendering faster, share the load?

Heh yeah. Lightwave has a built in network renderer called "Screamernet" which i've been using to render the scenes of Delura across the athlon II / pentium 4 systems. Sharing render burden over the internet is a challenge because my scenes are chopped up into so many little pieces, and the renders that other computers do can only go as fast as my low speed DSL internet connection speed so the benefit caps very quickly (I need PNG instead of JPG because I use mask channels for image adjustments).
Anyhow, I do have a "Plan B" which is on the webpage as the "Support the series" menubar link, so we'll see how that goes over the next month or two.
