Not mandatory though, huh? But to work for someone, or for ID... you'd need that, right? There would have to be some version of Watt that wasn't a part of LI.BA.sie. That's why Relictech exists, because there are things about LI.BA.sie that some people really don't like. It can in many ways impose on free will despite the whole idea of good intentions behind it.
