I am using Lightwave 3d 9.6. It has some major advantages in comparison to other packages for smaller scale productions like what we do.
For our latest content (which hasn't been released yet), i've also been using Blender's compositing tools which i've found extremely handy. Most people look at it as a 3d program, but it can also be used as a post production tool!

Hopefully in the future i can organize newgrounds first 3d collab after i get more anatomical movement practice in.
